Amazon’s latest idea: rate sellers like you rate bad Tinder dates
One star. No explanation. Thanks, Amazon.
Imagine this:
You wake up, log into Seller Central, and see a shiny new 1-star seller feedback.
No explanation.
No context.
No way to know if it’s about the product, the delivery, or the fact that Mercury’s in retrograde.
That’s Amazon’s new feedback policy - star ratings only, no written comment required.
Which means if Amazon messes up the delivery (as they do often), you take the hit… and you’ll never even know why.
Ali & Zamir read the news live on air, and things escalated quickly.
This could tank seller feedback scores overnight.
If you sell on Amazon, this episode is really important.
If you don’t… it’s still mildly entertaining watching two grown men spiral into policy-induced despair.
