Stop Overthinking. Just Test It.

Every week someone asks us:

“If you guys know how to launch products… why aren’t you doing it yourselves?”

Fair question.

So this week on Upside, we did something different.

Ali brought four raw business ideas to the table. Ideas you could realistically test with low capital, minimal risk, and a weekend of focused effort.

Skip the fancy presentations.
Forget the long-term roadmaps.
Focus on one question: Can it actually fly?

We pressure-tested:

• A trend-driven art kit built around Instagram behaviour
• A controversial “mold-making” kit (yes, that one…)
• A zero-inventory poster business using Creative Commons assets
• A print-on-demand kids’ colouring book play using KDP

The theme running through all of them?

Speed over perfection.
MVP over ego.
Test before you build the empire.

Not every idea was a winner.
That’s the point.
